It’s that time of the year again and if you’re anything like me, you love going along to Christmas events. This year Surfside Church is hosting Christmas at Wi Neera. It’s going to be down town in the carpark area off Wi Neera Street. A big thank you to the owners for allowing us to use this space.
From 5:00pm to 8:30pm on Sunday December 10th this area will be filled with the sights, sounds, tastes and smells of Christmas. There will be some community contributions on stage alongside entertainment and carols with Late 80’s Mercedes, one of the Waikato’s favourite home grown bands.
As well as the entertainment on stage, there will be children’s activities including a visit from Santa. So come along, bring your family and enjoy an evening filled with Christmas fun. There will be some kai onsite.
You might want to walk to town or park over at Papahua Domain (where there will be extra parking available) and walk across the foot bridge.
