Based upon your health goals and dietary + lifestyle preferences, we can create a complete meal plan for you with interesting and varied recipes* which comes with an easy-to-follow shopping list. *(up to 3 meals and 3 snacks per day)
All meal plans are created by our qualified practitioners, so whether your goals are increased energy, weight loss, clearer skin, or you have some specific dietary requirements, we’re able to create a plan that is not just delicious but is also aligned with your health goals.

How it works:
Hop on to our website www.raglanherbaldispensary.nz and search “meal plan”.
Complete your order for your preferred length of plan (2, 4, or 8 weeks).
Fill in our meal plan questionnaire (approx. 10-15 min), allowing us to tailor the plan to your goals and preferences.
Your tailored meal plan will be created and emailed to you over the coming days.
Print it out or download on to your computer.
Buy the ingredients from the easy-to-follow weekly shopping list, and then follow the recipes given each day – easy!
