Nine hole golfers lead the way

May 13, 2022

It’s all smiles as Raglan 9 Hole Golfers amble down the 7th fairway onto a meritorious victory over Horsham Downs 46 to 26 points.

Raglan’s team comprising Lyn Rogers, Jan Brightwell, Annie Highet and Helen Goddwin, pictured above, played steady golf to be overall winners on the day of this Waikato 9 Hole Pennants Competition.

With 12 teams from around Waikato competing, the level of golf was extremely high as teams were keen to take out top spot. Raglan is coming 4th equal in this competition.

The next round in this competition is on the 13th May when the ladies will play Riverside at Hukanui Golf Club. Good luck ladies!
