Raglan Medical COVID-19 Update

March 19, 2020

Your health is important to us. In order to continue providing health services to you, we are making the following changes:

Our telephone messages will be updated regularly, please listen carefully to the instructions when calling to make an appointment

Administration staff may ask questions relating to travel or close contact to cases and pass this onto a doctor or nurse. This will help to assess patients before they arrive to reduce the chance of an unexpected case arriving at the clinic

Patients wanting to see a doctor or nurse for urgent appointments will receive a phone call to assess their health needs. This will help to reduce exposure of vulnerable people to infectious diseases

Repeat prescriptions will be available to order online or over the phone. Once ready, your prescription will be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.

Please contact your pharmacy directly to advise them when you want your prescription dispensed so they can have it ready for collection. Contact Raglan Pharmacy on 078258164 or via email: raglandispensary@gmail.com

We will no longer hold Pathlab forms at the clinic; they will be posted or emailed to you.

We do expect an increased demand over the coming months so please book in advance for your regular appointments

If for any reason staff need to self- isolate, we will set them up to work remotely so services can continue

As the situation continues to evolve, our priority will be the health, safety and well being of our team and community.
