Update from the Raglan Business Chamber

March 14, 2025

2025 sees our Board try a few new things; well, many new things! We are bringing back small-business-breakfasts. We are bringing back BA4’s (Business After 4pm) and we have webinars for those of you that find it hard to attend in-person events.

Our Raglan Business Chamber Board and Team have developed a marketing, media and events plan. We are sharing the load of this mahi; working as a team we intend to deliver more to our local business community.

Please follow our social media at the IG handle @raglanbusinesschamber and support the businesses we are spotlighting by liking and sharing the posts. If you are a Raglan Business Chamber member and you would like to be featured on our socials then get in touch!

And of course we have to say a HUGE THANKS to the wāhine that attended our International Women’s Day. The bodacious Birgit Junni-Rietkerk from Booty Wonderland hosted the panel; Leonie Anholts, Marisa Twentyman, Lucy Sparks, and Karin Bettley. We heard their stories, goals, as well as the harsh realities of being a woman in business. Those of us that attended experienced many ‘goosebump moments’ and tears of gratitude as we realised how much has changed in just a few generations. Thanks to The Wharf for their expert hospitality, and aroha to all who attended.
